We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs,

Since many of our products are made using natural Rudraksha beads, stones,
pearls, coral, crystals and similar materials, slight variations in colour,
texture, shape, size, weight or pattern may occur.
Such natural variations are not normally considered defects.
