1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days
after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery within India generally takes approximately
3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service availability,
weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address,
mobile number and PIN code.

We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect
or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be shared through SMS,
WhatsApp, email or the customer’s order information.

6. Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues, weather,
festivals, public holidays, strikes, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised
to take photographs or video before opening the package.

Any damaged or incorrect product should be reported within
48 hours of delivery.

8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability,
refusal of delivery or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
